Membership Requirements
Florida Angel Nexus members are typically accredited investors who:
- •Meet SEC accredited investor requirements
- •Have an interest in supporting Florida's entrepreneurial ecosystem
- •Can commit to regular participation in meetings and due diligence
- •Have capacity to make multiple investments over time
- •Bring valuable expertise, experience, or connections to the network
While investment decisions are always individual, members typically invest $25,000 to $100,000 per venture, with a suggested annual portfolio allocation of $100,000 or more across multiple investments.
