Thank you for your interest in the Florida Angel Nexus (FAN).

Please read below before completing the form.

Fundraising can be an overwhelming process. FAN strives to reduce the barriers Florida entrepreneurs face moving from the idea stage to growth & sustainability. Our goal is wealth creation for our portfolio companies, their teams, and our investors.

Screening and due diligence is necessary and can be time consuming. Expect the entire process to take at least 3 months. The timeframe depends on your venture's readiness and when in our cycle you begin the process.

Before getting started on your application, your team should discuss the company's goals in order to decide what type of funding makes the most sense.CONSIDER YOUR FUNDING OPTIONS AND THEIR PROS AND CONS.

IS YOUR VENTURE SCALABLE & READY TO SCALE? Typical angel investors expect your company to grow drastically. They want to understand how investing $1 today will result in $10 back within 3 to 5 years. Application Form

FAN will not release your private information outside of our membership base without your consent. Companies may utilize Gust orAngelList if they wish for their information to be in a more public forum. The FAN process prepares much of the information needed for entrepreneurs to present and work with investors. We welcome co-investments. At the consent of the company, FAN may syndicate investment opportunities in order to raise larger amounts.

There are a myriad of free resources to help Florida entrepreneurs. TheFLORIDA VIRTUAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTERis a free web portal designed to connect entrepreneurs with local business support organizations, programs, and service providers who can support your new or growing business.
